Our Team
Peter Cucinello
President
Pete began his career in 1984 in coin and currency equipment sales, becoming one of the nation’s top sales professionals for 18 consecutive years. Working with organizations such as McDonald's, The Coca-Cola Company, and Chicago Transit Authority gave him valuable insight into cash handling and financial institution operations.
In 2002, Pete founded FSC with a vision to bring a consultative, relationship-focused approach to ATM and banking solutions. By understanding each client’s goals and operational needs, FSC delivers tailored solutions designed for long-term success.
Today, FSC supports thousands of bank branches nationwide through multiple offices across the U.S. While continuing to grow, the company remains committed to exceptional customer service, employee care, and charitable initiatives, including support for a medical clinic in Haiti.
Butch Houts
Director of Service
Butch brings more than 22 years of industry experience and oversees the daily operations of several Financial Systems Corp branches. He is responsible for managing project execution, leading operational teams, and ensuring every client receives a seamless and positive experience throughout all phases of implementation and service delivery. Known for his strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction, Butch plays a key role in maintaining the high standards and operational excellence that define FSC.
Outside of work, Butch enjoys spending time with his wife of 27 years, relaxing around campfires, and appreciating a good glass of whiskey.
Beth Snyder
Operations Manager
Beth has been a valued member of Financial Systems Corp for the past eight years and plays a vital role in overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations while working closely alongside Peter. She leads the administrative team, collaborates across departments to ensure operational efficiency, and helps each team perform at its highest level. Beth also manages large-scale projects, including budgeting, financial reporting, and organizational planning initiatives.
Known for her leadership, organization, and dedication to excellence, Beth is instrumental in supporting the continued growth and success of FSC. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Gilly, often taking walks along the beach.
Art Diaz
VP of Sales
With more than seven years of leadership experience in the financial technology and banking solutions industry, Art has built a strong track record in sales leadership, business development, channel management, and strategic growth. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Financial Systems Corp, he leads sales initiatives focused on delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to financial institutions nationwide.
Prior to FSC, Art held leadership roles with Sesami, KISAN America, and Hyosung America, where he specialized in FI channel sales, partner development, territory growth, and customer experience solutions for banks and financial institutions across the United States. His expertise includes sales strategy, operational leadership, market expansion, and building high-performing teams.
In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Art also served as CEO of SMRTLOCK, a technology company focused on smart access solutions for residential and commercial properties, demonstrating his entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation.
Andrew Bendall
Director of IT
Andrew Bendall brings nearly two decades of information technology and network infrastructure experience to Financial Systems Corp, where he serves as Director of Information Technology. Throughout his career, Andrew has developed extensive expertise in network engineering, systems administration, cybersecurity, server and virtual machine management, and enterprise infrastructure support.
Prior to joining FSC, Andrew spent more than eight years with TBA Credit Union as a System/Network Administrator, where he was responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex network, telephony, and server environments. His background also includes leadership and engineering roles with Mill Steel Company, Networking Butler, Inc., and Big Rapids Development, where he successfully managed network operations, IT standards, and infrastructure solutions for large-scale organizations and multi-tenant environments.
Known for his technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to operational excellence, Andrew plays a critical role in advancing FSC’s technology initiatives and supporting the company’s continued growth and innovation.
Paige Gerber
Administrator Dispatcher
With more than eight years of customer service experience, Paige is committed to delivering exceptional client support and building lasting relationships founded on trust and responsiveness. Her professional, personable approach and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction allow her to consistently provide a high level of service and support to every client interaction.
Since joining Financial Systems Corp, Paige has quickly become an integral part of the organization, earning recognition for her outstanding performance and commitment to excellence. She currently leads customer service operations across Illinois, Iowa, Colorado, Missouri, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Southern Michigan, where she works diligently to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients throughout the region.
Outside of work, Paige enjoys traveling to Florida, hiking, powerlifting, and unwinding with a good book alongside her two cats, Thomas and Toodles.
